Job Description ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA - Instructor - B1/B2 MANDATORY DESIRABLE Educational Qualification AME Course Professional Qualification/knowledge AME Licence (on any of the IGO Fleet of aircrafts) Work Experience -Relevant/ Total Years At least 2 years of certifying experience on A320/ATR 1-3 year of experience in a CAR-145/Training department 01 Yr training IT Skills MS Office Additional / Specific Licenses Required (if any) AME B1/B2 Licence (on any of the IGO Fleet of aircrafts) Behavioural Competencies Communication Skill, Team Player, Quick Learner Job Description Key Responsibilities: - Preparing course curriculum and updating from time to time necessitated as a result of manufacturer's feedback/ change in company's policy (or) regulatory requirements. - Prepare course materials such as syllabi, handouts, etc. - Take lectures/ instruct candidates both theoretical and practical. - Evaluate the examination papers - Plan, evaluate and revise curriculum, course content, etc. in consultation with Training Manager. - Prepare the annual schedule of the trainings in consultation with the Training Manager. - Keeping Training Manual up to date based on Training Policy as defined in Engineering Training Manual so as to cover all in-house, induction and recurrent training program. - Ensure higher standards are always maintained pertaining to training and examination. - Ensure all records of training are retained and updated in computerized database regularly and preserved for the required period. - Coordinate with concerned for arrangement and maintenance of logistics and training tools (projectors, white board etc.) - Liaison with engineering/other department for nomination of candidates for trainings. - Regularly liaison with Quality auditors for findings on human factors issues - Information flow to the concerned personnel for the commencement and end dates of training - Any additional function/ responsibility assigned by Quality Manager/Training Manager - Question Bank Preparation, Distribution and approval. - Act as a Co coordinator for Trainings when assigned. - Preparation, distribution, control & follow up of All Online Trainings (FTS, CAT II/III, Human Factor etc.). - Be aware of and comply with his I her safety responsibilities and accountabilities as laid down in the IndiGo SMS Manual, Chapter Safety Policy and Objectives.
