About Zeeco Zeeco designs and manufactures industrial combustion and pollution control technologies for the petroleum chemical petrochemical and pharmaceutical industries Our product lines include ultra-low emission burners gas and liquid flaring systems and hazardous waste incineration systems Zeeco s corporate headquarters is located near Tulsa Oklahoma USA on a 230-acre 1 km modern debt-free campus featuring a 66 000 sq ft 6 132 m manufacturing facility and one of the industry s largest combustion research and testing centers We have subsidiaries in Houston USA the United Kingdom South Korea India Saudi Arabia and Japan At Zeeco we openly challenge the status quo innovate continuously and reward performance We value collaboration technical excellence and individual contributions Position Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Designer - Flares with 5 to 15 years of experience in 3D modeling layout design and detailing within the oil and gas sector The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor with CADWorx experience as an added advantage and a proven ability to design detail and deliver flare systems and associated structures with precision and quality Key Roles and Responsibilities Analyze project specifications and requirements related to layout and 3D modeling in the oil and gas sector ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices Design and detail flare packages including equipment piping support structures and pipe racks ensuring technical accuracy and design efficiency Develop comprehensive fabrication and construction drawings - including part drawings assemblies general arrangements sectional views and detailed layouts Utilize AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor proficiently for 2D and 3D design work experience with CADWorx will be considered an advantage Collaborate closely with lead engineers to refine and finalize project drawings models and documentation Coordinate effectively with other designers and cross-functional teams to maintain high-quality outputs and ensure timely project delivery Prepare review and validate general arrangement drawings foundation layouts fabrication drawings and piping isometrics in compliance with engineering standards and client requirements Ensure adherence to relevant codes safety regulations and client specifications throughout all design activities Assist in identifying and resolving design-related challenges by liaising with engineers vendors and multidisciplinary teams Maintain organized records of all drawings revisions and project documentation ensuring version control and traceability Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to support overall project and organizational objectives Qualifications and Requirements 5 to 15 years of experience in 3D modeling layout design and detailing within the oil and gas industry Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor CADWorx experience is a plus Proven ability to interpret complex engineering drawings and specifications Strong problem-solving skills attention to detail and technical accuracy Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with engineers and global design teams Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously and deliver high-quality results within project deadlines Why Join Zeeco Global exposure with collaboration across international engineering teams Opportunities to work on cutting-edge combustion and pollution control technologies Innovative inclusive and performance-driven work culture Strong focus on technical excellence and career growth Join Zeeco and be part of a global organization where innovation precision and excellence drive everything we do Bring your expertise collaborate with world-class engineers and help us shape the future of combustion and environmental technology
