Key responsibilities - Quality Assurance Leadership:Implement and execute quality assurance decisions, lead initiatives for quality upgradation, and ensure institutional practices align with NAAC standards. - Reporting and Documentation:Coordinate the collection, compilation, and submission of data for the Annual Quality Assurance Report (AQAR) and other accreditation documents, ensuring timely submission. - Data Management:Manage and organize data, maintain student files and records, and use computer systems for data management and effective communication. - Coordination and Communication:Act as the central point of contact for all NAAC-related activities, coordinating with various departments, committees, and higher authorities to ensure a streamlined process. - Compliance and Evaluation:Ensure all aspects of the accreditation process, including periodic reviews and updates, are completed on time and in accordance with the guidelines set by NAAC. - Institutional Improvement:Work to continuously improve academic and administrative processes and promote a culture of quality within the institution.
