VM Senior Associate - Job Description

Main responsibility will be to planning, organization, and implementation of PAN India VM undertaking various responsibilities in allotted locations for the brand and to develop, train and empower the sales team in visual merchandising. Responsible for end to end New store opening, setup, maintenance to marketing launch.

- Maintain awareness of current trends in visual arts understanding of materials, costs and time requirements
- Ensuring timely campaign executions, prepare Event calendar
- Planning, Coordinating and executing new store setup and Launch
- Staff Training and developing them on visual aspect of the store Interaction with RVMs, RMs and store managers on overall feedback
- Share weekly pictures and feedback on locations visited
- To execute displays, as per design brief for festive displays
- Follow up with vendors for expenses and Plan the budget
- Ensuring timely campaign executions with all stores, prepare VM calendar
- Visiting and auditing store locations based on priority list Creating engaging product displays.
- Executing display changes and sharing before and after pictures
- Ensuring VM Standard is maintained across all PAN India stores along with RVMs
- Highlighting queries and issues faced by store team
- Evaluating sales performance basis on display executed

Candidate should have experience in SIS stores from any prominent brands.

Exp - 2-4 Years

CTC - 35k-40K(In-hand)

Base Location - Kolkata
