We are seeking an experienced 3D Architectural Visualizer to lead our visualization team. The ideal candidate should be skilled in creating photo-realistic quality exterior and interior renderings, walkthrough animations, and 360° virtual tours. A strong sense of composition, cinematic lighting, realistic materials, and attention to detail is essential. Generic Skills - Creative Direction & Aesthetic Judgment - Leadership & Team Management - Time Management & Deadline Handling - Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking - Strong Communication Skills - Project Management & Workflow Optimization Technical Skills / Tools - 3ds Max - Corona Renderer / V-Ray - Post-Production - Google Sheets / Project Management Tools - Exterior and interior 3D renderings, 360 tour and walkthrough animation Key Responsibilities - Understand project requirements and client vision. - Allocate tasks to the team and ensure timely delivery of outputs. - Review all deliverables for accuracy, quality, and consistency. - Provide constructive feedback and mentor team members. - Maintain and improve workflow standards for efficiency. - Troubleshoot technical and creative challenges within the team. - Coordinate with clients for briefings, revisions, and approvals. - Stay updated with evolving tools, technologies, and industry trends. - Handle resource planning and project scheduling. - Maintain systematic file and asset management. - Inspire and motivate the team through high-quality standards and leadership. Eligibility / Requirements - Minimum 4 - 6 years of experience in 3D architectural visualization. - Experience in leading teams or mentoring juniors. - A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality rendering and animation work. - Degree/diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Animation, or related field.
