Good-to-Have - Any prior experience in application modernization/mainframe data migration projects will be an advantage. - Knowledge of Java, databases, Java applications architecture and Cloud deployment - Exposure to AI technologies - Prior experience in BFSI preferred. SN Skillset Required / Expectations from the Role 1 Mainframe/Other COBOL Platform SME needed for key technical discussions on source application analysis and inventory understanding phase in the modernization program. 2 Design and Development activities to achieve desired outcomes through converted code. 3 Collaborate with customer application SMEs. 4 Offer ideas and options for complex legacy technology constructs and how they can be converted to the target technologies 5 Proactively tackle challenges as they arise 6 Provide continuous improvement feedback for product enrichment 7 Willingness to learn distributed environments Growth Potential Help deliver the vision of next generation of Modernization solution using GenAI and other technologies with ability to extract business knowledge from old applications and create newly designed applications meeting those business requirements while apt for the target technology environments, without much manual work.
