Job Description Responsibilities: - Understanding of open source concepts. - Write well-designed, efficient code that works across devices. - Perform code reviews and technical planning. - Support continuous improvement by staying up to date with the rapidly evolving mobile world. - Candidates should be able to conduct technical meetings & discussions with clients with minimal supervision. - Candidate should be able to provide superior technical architecture guidance to his/her technical team. Mentor junior developers. - Understanding basic design principles behind a scalable application. - Strong verbal & written communication skills Required Skills/Experience: - Experienced In: A degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology, or related fields. 5+ years of professional software development experience, including at least 4 years - of Android development experience. - Deep knowledge and expertise in Android systems design and internals. - 2+ years of production-level Android development experience using Kotlin. - 2+ years of production-level Android development experience using MVVM and clean architecture with Jetpack Compose for UI. - Proficiency with one or more modern mobile development frameworks such as Flutter, React Native, iOS, or Android. - Experience with cross-platform mobile application development frameworks is a plus. - Strong UX/UI design exposure and experience in making apps work intuitively and with pixel-perfect interfaces. - You have a working knowledge of several architectural approaches, caching, data storage, and security. - Strong CS fundamentals (with competencies in algorithms and data structures). - Strong understanding of interactive application development paradigm under memory management, file I/O, network programming, concurrency, and multithreading. - Knowledge of packaging mobile applications in libraries or modules or apps for distribution. - Strong understanding of testing practices including unit & UI testing. - Be willing to work with the latest mobile tools and technologies. - Experience in working in an environment following Agile methodology. - Excellent oral and written communication skills, problem-solving and analytical skills. - You are highly accountable and take ownership.
