Role Responsibilities - Collect and interpret data from various sources to identify trends and patterns. - Design and implement data analyses to support decision-making processes. - Create and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate data insights effectively. - Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs. - Ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout the data lifecycle. - Utilize statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns in complex data sets. - Provide actionable insights to stakeholders based on data analysis. - Analyze historical data to forecast future trends. - Present findings and recommendations to internal teams and management. - Facilitate training and provide support for teams working with data. - Develop and maintain documentation for data systems and processes. - Identify new data sources and methods to enhance analytical capabilities. - Perform data cleaning and data validation as required. - Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize data processes. - Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data analytics. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. - Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role. - Strong proficiency in SQL and relational databases. - Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). - Solid understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques. - Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work with large datasets. - Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and complex formulas. - Excellent communication skills to present findings clearly. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities. - Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python, R) is preferable. - Understanding of data privacy regulations and best practices. - Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. - Willingness to adapt to new tools and technologies as required. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
