Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with stakeholders to collect requirements and conceptualize a UI/UX design strategy
- Collaborate with scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into elegant UI/UX designs.
- Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for web and mobile applications used in laboratory, manufacturing, and enterprise environments.
- Develop responsive and accessible user interfaces using modern front-end technologies (e.g., HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React, Angular).
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterative design improvements.
- Ensure consistency with branding, design systems, and regulatory requirements
- Work closely with backend developers, data scientists, and automation teams to integrate UI with APIs, RPA bots, and AI-driven workflows.
- Design banners, communications, newsletters
- Systems and report design layouts.
- Website and intranet redesign lead.

Qualifications:

- 1-3 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in R&D.
- Experience in web programming, JavaScript, React/Angular.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of web and application design principles and a keen eye for aesthetics
