Job Description

- Handle end-to-end litigation cases including recovery suits, SARFAESI, DRT, and arbitration
- Coordinate with external law firms and internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution
- Review legal notices, case status, and MIS for active litigation matters
- Support business teams with legal opinions, risk mitigation, and documentation
- Represent the organization in courts/tribunals as required

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience: 5-10 years in handling litigation, arbitration, and legal recovery in the BFSI/NBFC sector
- Strong knowledge of civil, criminal, and recovery laws relevant to lending business
- Experience working in NBFC/BFSI legal teams with exposure to large volumes of litigation Excellent communication, drafting, and stakeholder management skills
