Key Responsibilities Safety Compliance Audits Conduct regular safety inspections and internal audits across the site Ensure compliance with local state and national safety regulations Assist in preparing reports for government authorities e g OSHA Factories Act etc Risk Assessment Mitigation Perform hazard identification and risk assessments HIRA JSA Recommend and implement preventive measures and control systems Incident Investigation Investigate accidents near-misses and unsafe conditions Prepare incident reports and lead root cause analysis Follow up on implementation of corrective and preventive actions CAPA Training Awareness Organize and conduct safety training programs toolbox talks and induction sessions Promote behavioral safety through awareness campaigns Emergency Preparedness Assist in developing and implementing emergency response plans Conduct fire drills mock drills and other preparedness exercises Safety Documentation Maintain accurate safety records MSDS permits and compliance logs Support the implementation of ISO 45001 or other HSE management systems Contractor Safety Management Monitor safety performance of third-party contractors Ensure adherence to safety protocols during contract work or project activities Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 22 681 95 - 37 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Morning shift Work Location In person
