Role On a daily basis you ll supervise employees during your shift and make sure that they complete their tasks and are motivated to work effectively Shift supervisor skills include contributing to the production strategy by knowing the business goals and how to achieve them They are also in charge of maintaining a tidy and organized workspace stocked with essential supplies while ensuring that production or service runs smoothly Will also monitor the working of all the equipment during the production process and ready to attend and fix any issues which arises during the production Responsibilities Provide guidance and feedback to employees when needed Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Train develop and motivate staff to improve performance and meet objectives Manage and resolve any operational issues or conflicts that may arise during the assigned shift Monitor inventory levels and order supplies when needed Collaborate with other supervisors to ensure smooth handovers between shifts make sure that all the equipment resources are working properly make sure that the all the parameters required are maintained in collaboration with the other departments - Lab Quality control Sales Make sure the stacking of material storage packing is being done properly To ensure that the segregation of different quality of products is done as required by sales team Requirements Previous experience as a Shift Supervisor or similar role Full understanding of industry safety standards The ability to meet the physical demands of the job such as standing up for long hours and lifting heavy loads occasionally Ability to multitask Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively In-depth industry knowledge Able to work in shifts and fexible working hours Qualifications and skills Diploma in mechanical or similar field with 5 years of experience in manufacturing industry Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate effectively Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 12 556 57 - 15 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Work Location In person
