Function Research Development - Jaipur Pay Band E4 to M2 Role TCU Cybersecurity SW Engineer A purpose driven role for you o To assess Current Security Implementation Evaluate Trends anticipate and implement security requirements o In Continuous interaction with Software and testing team to implement and maintain security controls o Mainly focus on Cybersecurity in Vehicle control units like VCU ECU Telematics etc A Day in the life Organising putting into practice overseeing maintaining and improving security protocols to safeguard vehicle data connected to a network - Troubleshooting network and security issues - Reacting to security breaches in systems and or networks - Taking part in the procedure of change management - Requirements analysis about cybersecurity for automobiles Develop and maintain automotive systems Threat and Risk Assessments TARAs - Establish project-specific cybersecurity needs - Determining requirements creating the security architecture and reviewing it with the system software team - Establish and Maintain Development Interface Agreements DIAs - Perform risk analysis and security feasibility studies for security architecture - Encourage the development of a test strategy to put the security system to the test - Teach and mentor younger engineers - Contribute to the establishment and upkeep of the organization s cybersecurity process - Encourage the detection and investigation of cybersecurity incidents - Plan design and execute fuzz and penetration testing - Testing and identifying network and system vulnerabilities - Proficiency in Black Box White Box Testing - Test case preparation through test automation approach Perform the software testing using CAN simulation tools Like CAPL Academic Qualification Experience BTech MTech in Computer Science IT or equivalent Advanced Qualifications are an advantage Technical Skills Knowledge Experience with automotive development processes work experience with incident detection incident response and forensics Proficiency in C C Shell Understanding of Automotive Functional Safety ISO 26262 ISO SAE 21434 Experience of End to End encryption Sound knowledge of IoT client APIs like HTTP RESTful APIs etc Knowledge of cryptographic methods algorithms and secure networks protocols Technical knowledge of Secure System Architectures as well as automotive Embedded Engineering Knowledge of communication protocol like CAN Modbus as well as SPI LIN K-LINE Experience with TARA methodology Preferred -
