Location: Bangalore, India (Remote)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Architect with proven experience in ERP systems, particularly PeopleSoft or Oracle Fusion, and a strong understanding of the supply chain domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and managing data architectures that support end-to-end supply chain processes, enabling analytics, operational efficiency, and business decision-making.

Responsibilities:

- Design, implement, and maintain scalable data architecture solutions aligned with supply chain and ERP systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into data models and architecture.
- Lead data integration efforts between ERP systems (PeopleSoft/Oracle Fusion) and supply chain applications.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and security across all systems.
- Develop data flow diagrams, technical specifications, and documentation for architectural designs.
- Provide technical leadership on ERP data migrations, transformations, and reporting initiatives.
- Work closely with BI teams to enable analytics and reporting capabilities for supply chain KPIs.
- Support master data management strategies within the ERP and supply chain context.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 10+ years of experience as a Data Architect or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft or Oracle Fusion ERP systems.
- In-depth understanding of supply chain processes (procurement, inventory, logistics, manufacturing, etc.).
- Expertise in data modelling, data warehousing, and ETL tools.
- Experience in AWS or Snowflake required.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with data platforms like Oracle, Snowflake, or SQL Server.
- Familiarity with cloud data architectures (e.g., Oracle Cloud, AWS, Azure).
- Experience with reporting and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
