[Immediate Start] Computer Operator Cum Accountant

Job Summary We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Computer Operator cum Accountant to manage daily accounting entries inventory records billing and documentation work on Tally and MS Office The candidate should be efficient in data entry maintaining company records and assisting in daily administrative and financial operations Key Responsibilities Maintain day-to-day accounting records in Tally ERP Busy Marg software Prepare and manage sales invoices purchase bills and stock entries Handle GST purchase and sales registers Record cash bank and journal vouchers accurately Manage Excel-based reports stock summaries and financial statements Support in preparation of monthly balance sheets and MIS reports Maintain and update third-party manufacturing data vendor records and payment follow-ups Handle data entry file management and documentation for AYUSH FSSAI or internal audits Operate computer systems printers and basic office equipment efficiently Coordinate with accounts head sales and production departments for record reconciliation Assist in inventory tracking and raw material inward-outward entries Required Skills Proficiency in Tally ERP Busy Marg accounting software Good knowledge of MS Excel MS Word and Email handling Basic understanding of GST purchase sales entries and stock management Strong typing speed accuracy and attention to detail Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle data responsibly Good communication and coordination skills Qualifications Minimum 12th Graduate in Commerce B Com preferred 1-3 years of experience in accounting or computer operation Pharma Ayurvedic industry preferred Salary Range 8000-12000 per month OR depending on skills and experience Reporting To Accounts Manager Admin Head Work Schedule Full-time 9 00 AM - 6 00 PM Monday to Saturday Company Overview Divyaveda Pharmacy is a certified Ayurvedic medicine manufacturer based in Jagadhri Haryana producing 300 Ayurvedic products for domestic and international markets We focus on blending traditional Ayurvedic wisdom with modern scientific excellence Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 8 363 03 - 12 000 00 per month Work Location In person
