**Job Description**: We are seeking a talented and innovative Prompt Engineer / Conversation Designer to join our dynamic team at Agentic A. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in designing and maintaining structured prompts for GPT-based or similar large language models (LLMs). If you're passionate about conversational AI and want to play a key role in shaping user interactions, we want to hear from you. **Key Responsibilities**: - Develop, design, and maintain structured prompts for GPT-based and other LLMs. - Utilize Azure AI Foundry (Prompt Flow) and Azure OpenAI to enhance conversational experiences. - Implement and optimize dialogue management strategies that ensure context grounding and effective communication. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate prompt effectiveness using quality scoring and evaluation methods. - Conduct research on and apply embeddings and context retrieval techniques to enrich user interactions. - Design and implement error recovery strategies to enhance the overall user experience. - Monitor performance and iteratively improve prompts based on user feedback and data analysis. - Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in AI and conversation design. **Required Skills**: - Proven experience in prompt engineering and conversation design for LLMs. - Proficiency in Azure AI Foundry (Prompt Flow) and Azure OpenAI. - Familiarity with Semantic Kernel (optional). - Strong knowledge of Azure AI Search, embeddings, and context retrieval. - Experience with prompt evaluation methods and quality scoring techniques. - Basic proficiency in Python for scripting and automation tasks. - Understanding of dialogue management, context grounding, and error recovery strategies. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. **Qualifications**: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. - 3-5 years of hands-on experience in prompt engineering, conversational AI, or related fields. **What We Offer**: - Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses. - Opportunities for professional growth and development. - A vibrant and inclusive work environment. - The chance to work with cutting-edge technology in the rapidly evolving field of AI.
