Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship will provide hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative support. You will work closely with HR professionals to gain a deeper understanding of HR processes and contribute to organizational growth.
Responsibilities
- Support the onboarding process by preparing documents, coordinating orientations, and ensuring a smooth experience for new hires.
- Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and relevant HR documentation.
- Assist in organizing company events, workshops, or employee engagement activities.
- Support HR administrative tasks such as document filing, drafting emails, and preparing reports.
- Contribute to HR projects such as performance management, policy updates, and process improvements.
- Assist in handling employee queries and provide basic HR-related support.
- Help analyze data for reports related to recruitment metrics, training, and employee satisfaction.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor&aposs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.

Qualification
- Bachelor/Master&aposs degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 0 - 1 year of experience in HR.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations in India.
- Proven track record in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, talent development, and change management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to align HR with business goals.
- Proficiency in HR technology and HRIS systems like Zoho People, Zoho recruit or similar tools.
- Strong analytical and HR project and Initiatives management skills.
