About the Role We are looking for a Lab Technician to join our paint manufacturing unit The candidate will be responsible for conducting quality tests on raw materials in-process batches and finished paints to ensure compliance with industry standards Key Responsibilities Conduct quality control tests viscosity gloss adhesion drying time color matching etc Maintain lab records and documentation as per ISO BIS standards Assist production with in-process quality adjustments Support R D in new product trials and testing Ensure safe handling of chemicals and lab equipment Requirements Diploma B Sc in Chemistry Paint Technology or related field 0-3 years experience in paint or chemical testing laboratory Knowledge of lab instruments viscometer spectrophotometer gloss meter etc Good record-keeping observation and teamwork skills What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits Exposure to advanced paint testing methods Career growth in quality R D functions Job Type Full-time Pay 12 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
