Informatica MDM SaaS Lead Location Bangalore Hybrid Experience 8 - 12 years About LumenData LumenData is a leading Data Management and Analytics consulting firm that partners with organizations to unlock the value of their data We specialize in Master Data Management Data Quality Cloud Data Integration and AI ML-driven solutions to help enterprises achieve digital transformation and data excellence Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Informatica MDM SaaS Lead to drive end-to-end MDM implementations on Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud IDMC platform The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in MDM SaaS leadership skills to guide a team and the ability to collaborate with clients to deliver scalable high-quality data solutions Key Responsibilities Lead the design development and implementation of Informatica MDM SaaS IDMC solutions Collaborate with stakeholders to define MDM strategy architecture and data governance best practices Oversee data modeling match merge rules survivorship logic and workflows Integrate MDM SaaS with enterprise applications using CDI APIs and CAI Ensure data quality security and compliance in MDM implementations Mentor and guide junior developers and team members Provide technical leadership in solution design issue resolution and performance tuning Partner with business teams to gather requirements translate them into technical solutions and ensure successful delivery Required Skills Experience 8 years of overall IT experience with 5 years in Informatica MDM Hands-on expertise in Informatica MDM SaaS IDMC MDM platform Strong knowledge of MDM concepts data modeling hierarchy management survivorship match merge workflows Experience with Cloud Data Integration CDI Application Integration CAI and APIs Good understanding of Data Quality IDQ CDQ and data governance principles Proven experience in leading teams and client engagements Strong communication problem-solving and stakeholder management skills Good to Have Exposure to Snowflake dbt or other modern data platforms Experience with Agile delivery models Informatica certifications MDM SaaS CDI IDMC What We Offer Opportunity to lead and deliver impactful cloud-based MDM projects Collaborative growth-oriented work culture Exposure to cutting-edge technologies in data management and analytics
