Understand and apply on-page and off-page factors that influence digital performance, leading all technical SEO activities, site speed optimization, and implementing Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) changes. Manage the implementation and integrity of web analytics tracking (e.g., Google Analytics, Tag Manager), providing clean data necessary for the Perfect phase of the 4P Framework. Must-Have Skills 4-6 years as a Web Developer/Technologist, with proven experience in a structured web development process. Good to have Skills Demonstrated capability with modern GTM technologies like WordPress and WebFlow, including theme customization, plugin management, and security hardening. Proven experience in implementing and integrating marketing tools via APIs, Zapier/IFTTT, and other connectors.
