Position Overview We are looking for a dedicated QA Lead with over 6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both Manual and Automation Testing. Key Responsibilities - Lead the QA team in developing and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases for both manual and automated testing. - Ensure the highest quality of software products through rigorous testing processes. - Guide and mentor team members in best practices for manual and automated testing. - Collaborate with development teams to identify testing requirements and ensure timely delivery of software solutions. - Utilize automation testing tools such as Selenium, TestNG, and JUnit to enhance testing efficiency. - Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders, including recommendations for improvements. Required Skills and Qualifications - Experience: Minimum of 6 years in QA with a focus on Manual and Automation Testing. - Testing Tools: Strong knowledge of automation testing tools like Selenium, TestNG, and JUnit. - Leadership: Proven ability to lead and guide a QA team. - Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Skills - Familiarity with various testing methodologies and practices. - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with cross-functional teams.
