Job Title: Functional & Automation Testing (Leapwork Specialist)

Location: PAN India

Experience Required: 3-5 Years

Primary Skill: Leapwork Automation Tool (Mandatory)

Summary:

We are seeking a Testing professional with strong expertise in Leapwork automation, alongside solid experience in functional and automation testing. The ideal candidate will lead testing efforts in an Agile environment, ensuring high-quality delivery through robust test strategies and automation frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead automation initiatives using Leapwork as the primary tool for test automation.
- Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium with C#, following BDD standards and Page Object Model.
- Execute and manage regression test suites covering both manual and automated testing.
- Perform cross-browser and mobile testing, ensuring compatibility and performance.
- Set up and manage test environments and test data, including file-based input for complex scenarios.
- Create and execute acceptance tests aligned with defined acceptance criteria, using BlackBox and WhiteBox testing methods.
- Ensure all requirements meet the Definition of Done as agreed by the Scrum Team.
- Document and verify test results using appropriate test management tools.
- Report testing progress, issues, and risks in a timely manner, escalating when necessary.
- Manage and track defects, ensuring proper documentation and resolution.
- Participate actively in Scrum ceremonies and Release Planning meetings.
- Support delivery teams with domain knowledge and automated testing expertise.
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Continuously develop and maintain skills in test automation tools, especially Leapwork.

Technical Skills:

- Primary Tool: Leapwork
- Automation Tools: Selenium with C#
- Frameworks: BDD (SpecFlow/Cucumber), Page Object Model
- CI/CD: Azure DevOps, Visual Studio
- Middleware Testing: Microsoft Azure Service Bus, REST APIs
- Testing Techniques: Agile Testing, Regression, Acceptance, BlackBox, WhiteBox
- Test Management: [Specify tools like JIRA, TestRail, etc.]
- Cross-Platform Testing: Web, Mobile, Cross-browser

Soft Skills & Agile Practices:

- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proactive problem-solving and risk mitigation.
- Ability to mentor junior testers and lead testing efforts across teams.
