This is a remote position Job Title Freelance Trainer Consultant - AIOps Splunk Observability Dynatrace Job Type Freelance Location Remote Duration Standard as per project training requirement Experience 10 years Minimum 3 years of relevant AIOps experience We are looking for an experienced AIOps professional or trainer with strong expertise in Splunk Observability and Dynatrace to deliver advanced technical sessions implementation guidance and best practices The role involves designing and conducting training programs or consulting engagements focusing on monitoring automation and AI-driven operations Key Responsibilities Deliver in-depth sessions on AIOps concepts architecture and use cases Provide hands-on training and lab exercises on Splunk Observability Cloud and Dynatrace Platform Explain the integration of AIOps tools with DevOps ITSM and Cloud ecosystems Guide participants in implementing real-time anomaly detection predictive alerting and root cause analysis Demonstrate dashboard creation metric correlation tracing and synthetic monitoring Share insights on performance tuning automation workflows and AI-driven insights Evaluate participants understanding and provide performance feedback Required Skills and Expertise Core AIOps Skills Strong understanding of AIOps lifecycle - data collection correlation analytics automation Knowledge of machine learning in IT operations anomaly detection noise reduction event correlation Familiarity with observability pillars - metrics logs and traces Splunk Observability Stack Splunk Observability Cloud Splunk APM Splunk Infrastructure Monitoring Splunk Log Observer Experience with SignalFlow OpenTelemetry and synthetic monitoring Hands-on with alerting dashboards service maps and correlation analysis Integration with Splunk Enterprise ITSI IT Service Intelligence Dynatrace Platform Experience with Dynatrace OneAgent Davis AI Smartscape topology and PurePath tracing Expertise in Real User Monitoring RUM and Synthetic Monitoring Proficiency in problem detection root cause analysis and automation workflows Understanding of Dynatrace Metrics Logs Events MLE framework Additional Skills Cloud Platforms AWS Azure or GCP monitoring integrations DevOps Tools Jenkins Git Kubernetes Docker Terraform ITSM Integrations ServiceNow Jira or Remedy Scripting Python Shell or PowerShell for automation Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical audiences
