About The Role We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Web Content and Digital Optimization Specialist to join our dynamic team at ArivuPro. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence through content management, website optimization, and digital campaign support. This position requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of website architecture, SEO best practices, and content publishing tools. The successful candidate will work closely with the marketing and technical teams to ensure our website remains engaging, responsive, and optimized for search engines and user experience. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of a reputable Ed-tech company and develop skills in digital marketing, web development, and content strategy. Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications: - Undergraduate degree in any discipline, with a preference for those with coursework or interest in digital media, marketing, or related fields. - Proficiency in WordPress platform and familiarity with Elementor Pro page builder. - Basic understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) principles and techniques. - Experience working with WooCommerce, Shiprocket integrations, and dynamic content management. - Knowledge of website performance optimization tools such as WP Rocket or similar. - Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. - Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Responsibilities The key responsibilities of this role include: - Publishing and updating blog posts and website content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and timeliness. - Revamping existing website content to improve readability, engagement, and SEO performance. - Implementing design and content modifications as suggested by the marketing team to enhance user experience. - Managing and updating homepage banners and campaign-specific landing pages to support marketing initiatives. - Optimizing website elements such as meta tags, schema markup, and other SEO components to improve search engine rankings. - Creating and refining landing pages for specific campaigns, courses, or promotions to maximize conversions. - Assisting in the improvement of website structure, ensuring faster load times, better performance, and overall health score. - Monitoring website analytics and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary adjustments. - Collaborating with technical teams to troubleshoot issues and implement new features or updates effectively.
