Job Description Role- ExecutiveHR Relevant Experience- 3+ years Educational Qualification: MBA (Full Time with 60% Through-Out) Job Description - We are looking for a qualified HR Professional to handle the human resource gamut in our Digital Consulting unit. Handling HR systems and processes and providing fruitful human capital advice. You will help the company optimize everyday processes such as recruitment, as well as implementing HR plans and technology. The ideal HR Consultant will possess in-depth knowledge of human resource management and has worked in both manufacturing and startup environments. Experience in HR Consulting will be an added advantage. A person must be a disruptive thinker, and problem-solver, good at communication, and able to work in an ambiguous environment. Roles and Responsibilities 1. Talent Acquisition (70%): 1. Talent Acquisition: 2. Lead end-to-end recruitment process for Tech Consulting Roles (Domains: AI/ML, SAP, Python, Data Science, Data Science, Full Stack etc) from MRF Approvals - Sourcing Screening Organizing Interview Feedback - Selection (S2S) Placement. 3. Initiation of Employee Code Generation in System and MIS. 4. Optimization of Candidate Evaluation Mechanism & Suggestion for Improvements. 5. SPOC for Early Recruits w.r.t. Induction, FAQs, Touchbase for concerns, providing guidance and solutions. 6. Facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires, including orientation and TA Audit works. 7. TA MIS: Gather, analyze, and present HR metrics to stake-holders. 8. Preparing Org Structure and Update as and when required. 9. Maintaining High Degree of Talent Pool Through Ensure Sourcing Mix (External & Internal). 10. Driving Internship Program & Cost Savings through alternative mode of hiring (social media, IJP, Referrals, Informal Tech Communities, recruitment drives). 11. Optimization of Diversity Hiring in Tech Space. 12. Managing Alumni Relationships. 1. Mode of Hiring & Endorsing Employer Brand for Recognition: 2. Social media: Using Social-Media as effective tool for hiring (Eg. Linkedin) : 25%-30% Hiring. 3. Consulting Partners: Developing Recruitment Partners for increasing recruitment effectiveness, liaison with campus for Internship Programs. 4. Talent Communities: Developing Tech Skills Communities through teams-app channels etc. 5. TA Forums: Presenting AM Digital Consulting at Brand for attracting Talent. 6. Great Place to Work: Contribute to GPTW framework from Trust audit. 1. Talent Acquisition Infra: 2. Yearly TA Budget Planning: Participate and Define Yearly Budgetary Planning w.r.t. Headcount and Sourcing Mix. 3. Finalization of Planned HC for TA Action: Define the Job Description (Work Experience, Reporting Relationship, Competencies). 4. IT Support and Compliance Training: Support IT w.r.t. IT Asset Planning + Employee Code Generations, Compliance Training & Collection of Certificates and Refresher Training. 5. Support to HR Operations & Audit Compliance: Complete Documentation for hired resources w.r.t. Onboarding and Compliance, BGV, Heath Check-Up, Initial Support (Leave Management System etc), Payroll Data Upload to HR Operations). 6. Resume Database: Keep the Data-Base Updated w.r.t. Creating Talent Pool for Future Hirings. 7. TA Digitalization Initiatives: Support the implementation and optimization of HR softwareand tools. 8. Data Protection and Privacy: Ensure data integrity and security in HR systems. 1. HR Generalist (30%): 1. Performance Management System & Strategic Initiatives: 15% 1. Assurance of Goal Sheet Update in PMS Portal within 30 days of Hiring by Hired Resource. 2. Assurance of Timely Probation Period Evaluation of hired resource. 3. Train the Hired Resources in designing their Goal Sheet and Upload on PMS Portal. 4. Support PMS (Mid-Year & Annual) initiatives for employees i.e. Mid-Year & End Year Review of Hired Resources. 5. Ensuring Closure of Quarterly / Half Yearly / Annual Performance Review with RM of Hired Resources. 6. Contribute to Strategic Initiatives of HR. 1. Employee Engagement: 10% 2. Connect with Employee on their FAQs. 3. Lead and participate in culture Building Initiatives & Suggest good practices. 4. Lead One Quarter of CY as Employee Engagement Champion. 5. Help in Designing Employee News-Letters. 6. Support GPTW inputs. 1. L&D & Regulations: 5% 2. Training of AMU Portal's Know-How. 3. Assurance of Completion of AMDC Training Basket for Hired resources (Compliance, PMS, Basics of Industry, Calendar Update, Dos/Don't, CoC, Understanding of Culture). 4. In-depth knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices. Academic Background - - MBA (Full Time) from Good College in HR. - B-Tech / BBA / BSc (Maths) shall be preferred. Industry Experience - Any or IT/Consulting/ Service. Work location - Noida (WFO 3 Days, WFH 2 Days*); *subject to Reporting Manager. Notice period - Joining within 30 days Time zone - Selected candidate is requiredto work as per India Standard Time (IST) / Central EuropeanTime (CET) Potential challenges: - Selected candidate is requiredto work as per India Standard Time (IST), with occasional work in the Europe time zone. - The formation phase can be ambiguous in nature, so patience is the key.
