Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

- Site Supervision: Independently manage 4–5 projects, conduct regular site meetings with Site Engineers, and perform inspections to track progress, quality, and safety compliance.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with the Management Team, Project Manager, Planning Engineer, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements and specifications are met.
- Technical Support: Adhere to defined processes and methodologies, support construction teams, and resolve site-related issues promptly.
- Documentation: Oversee Site Engineers to ensure accurate project records, including daily progress reports, material usage, and labor attendance.
- Quality Control: Ensure Site Engineers maintain quality control measures so that all work aligns with industry standards and client expectations.
- Safety Management: Monitor Site Engineers to enforce safety regulations, ensure PPE availability on-site, and organize safety training sessions.

Qualifications:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree (D.C.E / B.E) in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 5–7 years of proven experience in residential building construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and relevant regulations.
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple projects effectively.
