Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst with 6–8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in testing, act as a SCRUM Master, and possess hands-on experience with Postman and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). You will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring successful project delivery. Role - Business Analyst II Experience - 6-8 yrs Location - Hyderabad Mandate Skills - Business Analysis, SCRUM master, User acceptance testing, Postman, Testing background Key Responsibilities: - Act as a SCRUM Master, facilitating agile ceremonies and ensuring adherence to agile principles. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. - Create and maintain functional specifications, user stories, and process flows. - Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, execution, and defect management. - Use Postman to validate APIs and support integration testing. - Work closely with QA teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage and quality assurance. - Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions. - Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, and product owners. - Track and report project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders. Mandatory Skills: - Proven experience as a SCRUM Master in agile environments. - Strong understanding and hands-on experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT). - Proficiency in Postman for API testing and validation. - Solid testing background, including test case creation, execution, and defect tracking. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Skills: - Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and other project management platforms. - Knowledge of SDLC and STLC processes. - Familiarity with business process modeling and data analysis. Educational Qualifications: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
