Job Description KNOWLEDGE - Possesses experience within own discipline, as well as a working understanding of fundamental concepts and processes. - Continues to build knowledge of the organization, processes and customers. Additional details - Deeper knowledge of specific domains within production engineering. - Familiarity with production processes in multiple domains. - Comprehensive knowledge of production technologies and systems. - Holds certification relevant to scope and domain. OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE - Performs a range of mainly straightforward assignments. - Uses prescribed guidelines or policies to analyze and resolve problems. - Performs a variety of routine tasks or assignments. - May train new team members and provide input to employee performance evaluations. - Works with a moderate level of guidance and direction. Additional details Problem solving - Developing problem-solving skills to tackle more complex issues independently. Breaks down complex issues into smaller issues. Accountability - Taking ownership of larger work packages and delivering small improvements with minimal guidance. - Contributes to the production process design within the assigned scope. Strategy - Contributing to the development of strategies for improving efficiency within the team's scope. Training others - Beginning to assist in training new team members on basic tasks and procedures. STAKEHOLDERS - Ability to communicate effectively within the team, actively participate in discussions, and collaborate on process designs. What You'll Do - You would be exposed to the Process engineering technique, working to support build quality SD/HD maps. You will work towards designing, requirement sharing with engineering stakeholders, test the developed tools/processes, deployment followed by implementation. Continuously providing feedback and improvements expected to the owned process. What You'll Need - Basic six sigma methodology, analytical(Big data), effective communication, Stakeholder management, Conceptualization, requirement handling & prioritization, Adaptive to changes. What You'll Get - Experience working with Cross functional team, emerging map making techniques, support automation to the fullest, experience building end to end map making process We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
