Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager based in Pushkar. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and monitoring social media strategies in order to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and increase the organization's online presence. Daily tasks include managing social media accounts, creating and curating content, engaging with the audience, analyzing campaign performance, and staying up-to-date with social media trends and best practices.

Qualifications

- Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills
- Strong Communication and Writing skills
- Experience in developing content strategies
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools and data interpretation
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Familiarity with graphic design tools is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
