Position Summary Level: Consultant As an experienced Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements. Work you'll do: Apply industry knowledge to requirements gathering and analysis, ensuring alignment with sector needs. Demonstrate expertise across the entire software development lifecycle, from design and coding to deployment and defect resolution, collaborating with stakeholders for effective delivery. Conduct peer and team reviews to maintain quality standards. Actively engage in Agile practices, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and effort estimation. Build and share business process knowledge, supporting project knowledge management and team training. Proactively recommend process improvements, track efficiency gains, and contribute to automation and innovation, all aimed at enhancing project outcomes and delivering greater value to clients. - Monitor and analyze Kubernetes cluster performance, scalability and reliability to provide actionable insights - Perform root cause analysis on cluster issues and recommend solutions to enhance system stability - Guide teams on containerization strategies and workload migration to Kubernetes - Provide expertise on managing multi-cloud/hybrid Kubernetes environment. - Identify, Analyze, and automate routine tasks - Coordinate with multiple teams to serve the request or resolve the incidents - Perform advanced troubleshooting of Kubernetes cluster, including node failures, pod scheduling issues, and container crashes - Create comprehensive reports and dashboards on the cluster health and incidents - Train and Knowledge transfer to junior resources - on-call support on rotational basis The Team: At Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure we deliver solutions spanning Hybrid Cloud, Advanced Connectivity, AI Data Centers, High-Performance Computing, and AI Infrastructure to help clients achieve their desired outcomes. Additionally, we provide comprehensive management of all facets of operations for hybrid cloud infrastructure and field operations. Qualifications Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications: - 3 - 6 years of hands-on experience - 3 + years of experience with Kubernetes administration and container orchestration platforms - Solid understanding of container technologies. - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS and Azure) and Kubernetes services (EKS, AKS) - Knowledge of IaC tools like Terraform - Familiarity with observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications: - Understanding of 2 tiers/3 tier or multi-tier architecture - Experience on Kubernetes administration - Good interpersonal and communication skills - Flexibility to adapt and apply innovation to varied business domain and apply technical solutioning and learnings to use cases across business domains and industries - Knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Office tools Education: - BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from accredited university Location: - Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Pune Shift Timings: - 24*7 Rotational Our purpose Deloitte's purpose is to make an impact that matters for our people, clients, and communities.
