About the Role IGNITE Industrial Corporation is seeking a sharp, organized, and proactive Administrative & Tender Executive to work directly with the Managing Partner. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys handling diverse tasks, and wants to grow alongside a leading steel trading and supply firm serving Indian Railways and major industrial clients. Key Responsibilities - Assist the Managing Partner in day-to-day administrative operations. - Monitor government e-tender portals (IREPS, GeM, etc.) for upcoming bids. - Prepare and upload tender documents, quotations, and compliance forms. - Maintain and update Excel reports, purchase and sales records, and tracking sheets. - Coordinate with transporters for dispatches, E-Dispatch Notes, and vehicle follow-ups. - Communicate with clients, suppliers, and internal departments for timely updates. - Handle documentation, filing, and email correspondence professionally. - Support in preparing MIS reports, payment follow-ups, and vendor communication. Requirements - Graduate in Commerce / Business / Engineering. - 1–3 years of experience in admin, tender handling, or operations (preferred). - Strong skills in Excel, Word, and email communication. - Basic knowledge of tender portals (IREPS, GEM, etc.) is an advantage. - Should be disciplined, punctual, and willing to learn multiple aspects of business operations.
