The firm uses tech expertise via AI tools & dashboards to make the youtube advertising process more efficient for content creators, enabling them to better promote their channels & get relevant user engagement Responsibilities - Conduct thorough Financial Analysis to support strategic business decision-making - Develop and enhance Financial Models to forecast Annual Operating Plans & Budgets - Prepare and deliver periodic Financial Reports & MIS Templates for internal and external stakeholders to analyze financial performance - Lead fund raising efforts through mediums of equity & structured debt, liaise with venture capitalists, bankers & investment firms and serve as the primary finance POC for all external stakeholders - Lead financial meetings with all stakeholders & assist leadership in managing investor reportings & relations - Work with senior leadership to develop financial strategies & revenue forecasts for the business - Compute the unit economics and profitability metrics for the organisation & analyse areas of cost inefficiency & discrepancies - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and accuracy of financial data. - Partner with the accounts & compliance team to finalise books of accounts, trial balance & ledgers scrutiny Good to have - - At least 5 years experience in leading finance function & investor relations - Experience in fund raising for service-led startups - Strong foundation in accounts & compliance - Proficiency in communication skills CTC - Rs. 15-22 LPA (Basis last drawn) Location - Mumbai, Andheri East
