IQVIA is seeking ETL Developer with 5-6 years of experience on data warehousing and Business intelligence projects He must have good analytical skills and should be able to present solutions An efficient developer and good team player Should be able to perform assigned task efficiently with good quality and help other follow the same Roles and Responsibilities Work together with a team of highly motivated individuals with great passion in the healthcare space Responsibilities will be as listed below but not limited to Understand the requirements for data management or dashboard development Learn new tools and technologies and implement with the existing data warehouse knowledge Review and provide solutions Analyze the data and summarize the understanding and issues with the data Understand and implement data quality and verification requirements Take lead on the tasks and provide recommendations for solving business problems Automation of ETL Data management processes Ontime and quality delivery including unit testing Participates in requirement gathering determine data storage requirements ETL process etc Build a data warehouse for utilizing various data warehousing ideas Create and improve data solutions that enable smooth data delivery and is in charge of gathering processing maintaining and analyzing enormous amounts of data Lead the logical data model design and implementation and the construction and implementation of operational data stores and data marts Design automate and support sophisticated data extraction transformation and loading applications Ensure the accuracy of data Perform unit tests Root cause analysis and Performance optimizations For ETL applications creates logical and physical data flow models Data access transformation and mobility needs are translated into functional requirements and mapping designs Refine and automate regular processes track issues and document changes Assist developers with query tuning and schema refinement Provide support for critical production systems as required Maintaining code versioning and support code deployments Perform scheduled maintenance and support deployment activities as required Communicate status report to management Skills needed Required SQL competence query performance tuning index management etc and a grasp of database structure are required Snowflake Hands on Any ETL tool with completed understanding of Setup Configuration Development Testing Scheduling Ability to perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fix Support team to understand the requirement and propose best solutions Understanding of data modeling concepts Knowledge of at least one ETL tool Informatica SSIS Talend etc Knowledge of different SQL NoSQL data storage techniques and Big Data technologies Passionate about sophisticated data structures and problem solutions Quickly learn new data tools and ideas Develop and maintain documentation to our standards provide feedback on standards where they can be improved End to End process automation Agile development methodologies Excellent communication and articulation skills Good to Have OA IDP Development and complete understanding AWS Cloud Python PySpark Jira Process Understanding Healthcare industry experience Qualifications Bachelor s Degree Computer Science a related field or equivalent experience ReqIQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries We create intelligent connections to accelerate the development and commercialization of innovative medical treatments to help improve patient outcomes and population health worldwide Learn more at
