The VP will be responsible for financial modeling, valuation analyses, research publications, and engaging with senior stakeholders and clients, while also mentoring junior analysts. Key Responsibilities: - Lead research coverage and provide investment recommendations. - Build and maintain financial models; conduct DCF, comparables, and transaction analyses. - Track macroeconomic, sector, and company developments. - Publish and present research reports and thematic insights. - Collaborate with the investment team and mentor analysts. Skills & Qualifications: - MBA/CA/CFA or equivalent with 5–8 years in equity research or investment banking. - Strong expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and sector analysis. - Excellent report writing, communication, and presentation skills. - Proficiency in Bloomberg/Reuters/MS Excel. - Demonstrated leadership and client engagement skills.
