HD Printing Operator Job Title HD Printing Operator Department Production Printing Location As per company requirement Job Summary The HD Printing Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining high-definition HD printing machines to ensure high-quality print output The role includes color correction machine handling quality checking and meeting production deadlines Key Responsibilities Operate HD printing machines efficiently UV digital flex or large-format HD printers Prepare printing materials plates files inks and substrates Perform color management and ensure accurate color reproduction Set machine parameters and monitor print quality throughout the production run Conduct routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot minor technical issues Maintain cleanliness of the printing area and follow safety standards Coordinate with designers for artwork clarity and print-ready files Ensure timely completion of print orders as per quality standards Maintain daily production records and reporting MIS Inspect final output for defects and ensure 100 accuracy before dispatch Skills Qualifications Minimum 1-3 years of experience in HD printing operations Knowledge of digital printing machines color calibration and materials Ability to troubleshoot printing issues and maintain machines Basic knowledge of design software CorelDRAW Photoshop is an advantage Good attention to detail and quality-focused mindset Salary Range Based on skills and machine-handling experience Job Type Permanent Pay 100 000 00 - 120 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
