Preethi Silks is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead its Malappuram branch The role involves managing daily store operations sales performance customer service and team supervision The ideal candidate should have retail management experience especially in textile or ethnic wear and strong leadership and organizational skills Key Responsibilities Store Operations Oversee smooth functioning of the store on a daily basis Ensure proper implementation of SOPs and store policies Maintain visual merchandising cleanliness and store ambiance Sales Customer Service Achieve monthly and seasonal sales targets Deliver an excellent shopping experience to customers Handle customer queries returns and complaints effectively Team Leadership Recruit train schedule and monitor staff performance Conduct regular staff meetings and assign daily tasks Motivate the team to achieve sales goals and maintain discipline Inventory Merchandising Ensure optimal stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment Minimize stock discrepancies and conduct inventory checks Plan and maintain effective visual merchandising displays Reporting Administration Prepare daily weekly and monthly reports for the Operations Manager Manage billing issues store records and petty cash Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations Required Qualifications Graduate in Business Commerce or related fields Minimum 4-10 years of experience in Textile management Fluency in Malayalam and English Hindi Tamil is a plus Proficiency Microsoft Excel Key Skills Strong leadership and team management Sales-focused and result-driven approach Customer-first mindset Effective communication and conflict resolution skills Knowledge of ethnic wear silk sarees and fashion trends is a bonus Working Conditions Location Preethi Silks Malappuram Work Days 25 working days per month i e 5 weekly offs on a rotational basis Willingness to work extended hours during peak periods Job Type Full-time Pay 35 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Experience Retail Textile Industry 3 years Required Work Location In person Application Deadline 26 07 2025
