We are seeking a creative detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our dynamic team In this role you will be involved in designing innovative residential commercial and mixed-use projects You will work closely with senior architects urban planners and engineers to help bring architectural visions to life Key Responsibilities Assist in the development of design concepts architectural drawings and presentations Support the preparation of construction documents and project specifications Collaborate with senior architects and project managers throughout all stages of the design process Ensure that all designs comply with relevant building codes zoning laws and other regulations Assist in site analysis and feasibility studies Participate in client meetings and presentations as needed Coordinate with consultants and external contractors Contribute to the development of sustainable and innovative design solutions Requirements Bachelor s degree in Architecture or equivalent 0-3 years of professional experience in architectural design Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD Revit SketchUp and Adobe Suite Strong knowledge of architectural design principles and building materials Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines A strong interest in real estate development and urban design Job Type Full-time Pay From 15 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Experience total work 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
