Business Development Trainee (Freshers)

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Business Development Trainee to join our dynamic team at TeachMaven. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in our business development strategy, helping us expand our reach and build strong relationships within the education sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Research: Conduct research to identify new business opportunities in the education and EdTech sectors.
  • Lead Generation: Assist in identifying, qualifying, and contacting leads via various channels.
  • Client Interaction: Develop and nurture relationships with educational institutions, teachers, and potential partners.
  • Sales Support: Assist in creating presentations, proposals, and pitching business solutions to prospective clients.
  • Data Tracking & Reporting: Track and analyze leads, client responses, and market trends to adjust strategies effectively.
Requirements:
  • Educational Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or related fields.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to perform research, interpret data, and generate insights.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfort with CRM tools, email automation software, and general proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
  • Proactive & Driven: Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of motivation.
