Job Description Job Summary: The React JS Developer is responsible for building and maintaining interactive and responsive web interfaces using React JS. This role focuses on translating design wireframes into high-quality code, ensuring optimal performance, and enhancing user experience through modern front-end technologies. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain user-facing web applications using React JS - Translate UI/UX designs into functional, responsive components - Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility - Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services into front-end applications - Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code using best practices - Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product managers - Troubleshoot and debug issues across different browsers and devices - Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement - Ensure web accessibility and security standards are met - Maintain documentation for components, architecture, and workflows Required Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field - 2+ years of experience in front-end development using React JS - Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3 - Experience with React hooks, functional components, and state management - Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming - Good understanding of responsive design and UI/UX principles - Strong problem-solving and communication skills Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with Redux, TypeScript, or Next.js - Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and version control workflows - Knowledge of testing frameworks like Jest, Enzyme, or React Testing Library - Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaboration tools - Experience with performance optimization techniques
