Job Overview We are seeking a Junior Collateral Verification Executive for our Chennai branch. This is a full-time role ideal for individuals with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to ensuring the integrity of our collateral verification processes. The candidate will primarily focus on verifying and assessing various documents and collaterals to manage and mitigate risks effectively. Qualifications and Skills - Proficiency in loan collateral assessment to ensure accurate evaluation and management of assets. - Excellent understanding of risk management systems to identify, analyze, and mitigate potential risks. - Strong financial statement analysis skills to interpret and assess financial information effectively. - Experience in document verification to ensure authenticity and adherence to compliance standards. - Ability to conduct thorough property verification, including title checks and legal documentation. - Understanding income sources of customers, ensuring accurate assessment of financial capabilities. - Insight into customer paying capability for accurate risk profiling and loan processing. - Attention to detail and analytical skills to ensure precise and thorough verification processes. Roles and Responsibilities - Conduct meticulous verification and assessment of collateral documents provided by clients. - Collaborate with risk management teams to identify and mitigate potential risks in loan processes. - Analyze financial statements to determine the financial health and creditworthiness of customers. - Ensure compliance with company standards and regulations during the verification process. - Perform thorough property verification, including title scrutiny and document validation. - Evaluate customer income sources and paying capabilities for informed decision-making. - Maintain detailed records and reports on verification processes and outcomes. - Work closely with different departments to streamline collateral verification operations.
