RU's residential campus drives innovation. The School of Entrepreneurship seeks an Assistant Professor of Finance to empower students with financial acumen for entrepreneurial success. Roles and Responsibilities - Teaching and Mentorship: Teach financial management, investment analysis, and startup funding, inspiring fiscal discipline. - Industry Engagement: Draw on finance industry experience to create practical exercises, like venture capital simulations. - Curriculum Development: Design finance courses integrating fintech and entrepreneurial finance. - Research: Publish on financial innovations, such as crowdfunding or blockchain in finance. - Student Support: Guide students on financial modelling during office hours and workshops. - Administrative Contribution: Organise finance-focused events and industry collaborations. Education & Experience Required - PhD or Master's in various domains of Technology or related fields. - 3-5 years of industry experience in banking, investment, or fintech. - Strong analytical and communication skills. - Alignment with RU's impact-driven mission.
