Job Summary The Female Duty Doctor is responsible for providing medical care and supervision during her assigned shifts including monitoring patients managing emergencies ensuring smooth handover between shifts and supporting other healthcare professionals She plays a key role in ensuring high-quality patient care in both outpatient and inpatient settings Key Responsibilities Attend to OP IP patients assess their condition and provide necessary medical care Monitor and manage admitted patients and escalate cases to senior consultants as needed Respond to medical emergencies promptly and manage them per protocol Document all clinical findings treatments and patient updates in medical records accurately Coordinate with nurses lab technicians and specialists for comprehensive patient care Handle patient admissions discharges and transfers during her duty Perform routine rounds in wards Ensure proper handover of patient details and treatment plans at the end of each shift Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards in patient care Provide counseling and information to patients and their families as needed Comply with hospital policies infection control protocols and clinical guidelines Qualifications Skills MBBS from a recognized institution valid registration with Medical Council 0-3 years of clinical experience preferred freshers may be considered Willingness to work rotational shifts including night duty and weekends Good clinical judgment and emergency management skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 50 000 00 - 65 000 00 per month Benefits Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Evening shift Morning shift Night shift Rotational shift Work Location In person
