Position- Exam Coordinator Location – Kiwale – Pune Experience – 2 to 5 Years of experience into academic background Education – Graduate or Post Graduate with First class Roles and Responsibilities: - Coordinate daily with Exam Centre's and SSPU IT Department for exam paper and result synchronization. - Ensure timely synchronization and declaration of exam papers and results, addressing technical issues if they occur. - Identify AICTE-approved colleges and institutes for new exam center's based on student demand. - Ensure compliance with exam policies, discipline, and result synchronization with exam center's. - Verify exam attendance sheets against invoices and conduct annual flying squad inspections. - Manage project report entry, education verification, and processing of certificates, mark lists, and SRFs (e.g., transcripts, duplicate certificates). - Handle exam invigilation, preparation of exam ledgers, and communication with students regarding program completion and exam submissions. - Manage re-registration requests and PR activities for students regarding course completion and validity. - Conduct daily online counseling sessions and manage activities related to ISO, induction programs, and invigilation. - Maintain effective communication within the department and support revenue target achievement. - Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
