Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Technical Product Support Specialist who will provide continuous support for legacy applications and contribute to the successful transition to new digital solutions over the next few months.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide ongoing support to legacy application users, ensuring smooth operations.
- Understand and self-learn from existing SQL Server DB artifacts to deliver accurate support.
- Handle corporate finance and shared services requests with focus on data and BI.
- Facilitate manual submission of data using submission and adjustment templates.
- Automate reconciliation processes, including alerts on data mismatches.
- Support new digital solution rollouts by providing insights on KPIs and raw data calculations.
- Reconcile historical and incremental data once loaded.
- Respond promptly to user requests/service requests, ensuring continuity of reporting.

Qualification & Certification

Required Skills:

- MS SQL Server Database – Expert (5+ years).
- SSRS – Strong hands-on experience.
- Python scripting – Strong hands-on experience.
- Snowflake Database – Strong knowledge and practical experience.

Optional / Nice-to-Have Skills:

- SSAS
- Streamlit
- Power BI

Other Requirements:

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
