Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented SAP FICO Business Analyst with 3 to 7 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in SAP FICO modules and a working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Requirement Gathering & Analysis:
    • Work with finance and business teams to gather, understand, and document requirements related to financial operations.
    • Assist in identifying process improvement opportunities leveraging SAP FICO capabilities.
  2. Solution Design & Configuration:
    • Configure and support SAP FICO modules, including FI (GL, AP, AR, AA) and CO (CCA, PCA, COPA).
    • Assist in implementing features from SAP S/4HANA Finance, such as Universal Journal and Fiori-based apps.
    • Support integration of FICO with other SAP modules like MM and SD.
  3. Project Implementation & Support:
    • Participate in SAP project lifecycles including blueprinting, realization, testing, and deployment.
    • Support testing activities (unit, integration, UAT) and resolve functional issues.
    • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of SAP-related solutions.
  4. Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with finance, accounting, and IT teams to ensure business needs are met.
    • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business users.
  5. Post-Implementation Support:
    • Provide ongoing system support and troubleshoot issues within the SAP FICO environment.
    • Recommend and implement system improvements to streamline finance and controlling processes.
  6. Documentation & Training:
    • Prepare functional specifications, process flows, and training materials.
    • Support end-user training and knowledge transfer initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 37 years of experience in SAP FICO, including configuration and support.
  • Practical experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with core FICO areas: GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, and COPA.
  • Understanding of financial reporting and controlling processes in SAP.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment.
Preferred Skills:
  • Exposure to SAP Fiori apps and user interfaces in SAP S/4HANA.
  • SAP S/4HANA certification (FI or CO) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Knowledge of data migration tools or basic project management exposure is a bonus.
