Tax Associate

Company Description M2K Advisors provides tax advisory and compliance services, including direct and indirect tax, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, filing returns, and transfer pricing documentation. Role Description (Singapore/ USA Tax Associate) This is a full-time on-site role for a Tax Associate, based in Chennai. The Tax Associate will be responsible for managing tax compliance, preparing tax returns, providing tax advice, and staying updated on tax laws and regulations of Singapore/ USA. The role involves working on various tax-related projects, coordinating with clients to gather necessary information, and ensuring accurate and timely filing of tax documents. Additionally, the Tax Associate will support finance-related tasks and collaborate with other team members to deliver comprehensive tax solutions. Qualifications - Tax Compliance, Tax Preparation, and Tax skills - Knowledge of Tax Law and ability to stay updated on regulatory changes - Finance skills and understanding of financial principles - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
