Job Description About the Role We are looking for a highly driven Product Manager to lead product strategy, roadmap, and execution. You will work closely with engineering, design, sales, and leadership teams to build customer-centric products that drive growth, engagement, and business value. Key Responsibilities - Define product vision, strategy, and measurable goals for new and existing products. - Own the product roadmap and prioritize features based on business impact and customer needs. - Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer interviews to identify opportunities. - Translate requirements into clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams. - Work with design to create intuitive, user-friendly product experiences. - Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, QA, sales, and marketing to ensure smooth delivery. - Analyze product performance using data and metrics; drive improvements based on insights. - Manage product lifecyclefrom concept to launch and iteration. - Ensure product aligns with overall company goals and customer expectations. - Drive go-to-market planning and support launch activities with marketing teams. Required Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA preferred). - 48 years of experience as a Product Manager in tech/SaaS, B2B, or consumer products. - Strong understanding of product lifecycle, Agile methodologies, and sprint planning. - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills. - Ability to write clear product documentation (PRDs, specs, user stories). - Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams. - Familiarity with product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA, etc.). - Good communication and presentation capabilities. Preferred Qualifications - Experience working with AI/ML-enhanced products. - Prior experience in startup or fast-paced environments. - UX/UI understanding with an eye for good design. - Track record of shipping customer-facing products with measurable success.
