Job Summary: We are looking for a Placement Coordinator with 23 years of relevant experience and a strong technical background to support placement activities, coordinate with hiring partners, and ensure smooth execution of interviews and campus drives. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate end-to-end placement activities and interview schedules Liaise with corporate HRs and hiring managers for job opportunities Understand technical job requirements and map suitable student profiles Schedule technical interviews, assessments, and placement drives Maintain student placement data, trackers, and MIS reports Prepare and share job descriptions with students Conduct student briefing sessions and interview preparation support Coordinate with training, academic, and operations teams Ensure smooth communication between students and recruiters Required Skills & Qualifications: 23 years of experience as a Placement Coordinator / Placement Executive Mandatory technical background (Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or related) Good understanding of technical roles and hiring processes Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and placement trackers Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and deadlines Preferred Candidate Profile: Experience in EdTech, training institutes, or colleges Strong follow-up and stakeholder management skills Immediate or short notice joiners preferred
