We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:

- In-depth knowledge and extensive experience with embedded firmware development
- Proven expertise in the use of scripting languages, programming tools, and environments
- Extensive experience programming in Python
- Background in the storage industry, specifically in eMMC and UFS technology
- Experience with NAND flash and other non-volatile storage
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, ensuring tasks are completed strictly within deadlines
- Demonstrated experience in leading teams and supervising engineers and technicians
- Ability to thrive in a multi-functional team and prioritize various tasks under pressure
