Role Overview The Finance Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, maintaining accurate financial records, supporting monthly closing activities, and ensuring compliance with company policies. This role requires strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities - Handle daily accounting tasks including journal entries, ledger updates, and reconciliations. - Process vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, and ensure timely payments. - Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. - Maintain records of expenses, revenue, invoices, and other financial documents. - Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. - Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors during audits. - Ensure GST, TDS, PF/ESI, and other statutory compliances are accurate and on time. - Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable. - Prepare MIS reports for management review. - Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all financial data. Required Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field (B.Com/MBA preferred). - 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles. - Strong knowledge of ERP software, MS Excel, and financial reporting. - Understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances. - Excellent numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and analytical skills. - Good communication and time-management skills. Preferred Attributes - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. - Proactive, organized, and deadline-driven. - Strong problem-solving skills.
